Please see our Privacy Policy and any applicable cookie settings for information about how cookies and related technologies are used.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
Our handling of personal information is subject to applicable New Zealand privacy requirements, including the Privacy Act 2020.

Purchases and Orders
When placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, billing address, delivery address, contact details and payment information.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you have the right to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete payment card details ourselves.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, including product availability, pricing, payment, delivery information or suspected fraud.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order, subject to any rights and remedies that apply under New Zealand law.
Pricing and Promotions
All prices displayed on the New Zealand Website are in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices, discounts and promotional information are accurate. However, if an obvious pricing or promotional error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility, availability, duration, product exclusions and promotional code requirements.
Delivery
We will arrange delivery of your order to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframes displayed on the Website are estimates only unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to regional or rural delivery locations, customs or border processing, public holidays, weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are responsible for ensuring that products are delivered within the timeframe required by applicable New Zealand consumer law where no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed.
Customers should ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible. Additional delivery costs may apply where an incorrect address is provided or where a carrier requires a redelivery.
Returns and Change of Mind
30-Day Change of Mind Policy
Where we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return, the product must generally be unused, in resalable condition and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable law.
Because bidet products may come into contact with water and are intended for personal hygiene, we may not accept change-of-mind returns where the product has been installed, used, connected to a water supply or is otherwise not suitable for resale, subject always to your statutory rights.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet the guarantees required under New Zealand law, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable.
To help us investigate the issue, we may request:
- Proof of purchase.
- Photographs or video showing the issue.
- Details of the installation.
- The product model or serial number, where applicable.
- Information about the circumstances in which the issue occurred.
We may inspect or assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Where a product does not meet the guarantees required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the nature and seriousness of the problem, this may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation.
Non-Returnable Situations
Subject to your statutory rights, products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return where they have been:
- Installed or used.
- Damaged through misuse or failure to follow the installation or usage instructions.
- Modified or repaired without our authorisation.
- Damaged by incorrect plumbing installation, fittings, hoses, valves or connections.
- Damaged by water pressure outside the product's specified operating range.
- Damaged by inappropriate cleaning products, chemicals or harsh detergents.
These exclusions do not limit any remedy available to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where the Act applies.
Warranty Policy
Manufacturer Warranty
Our manufacturer's warranty covers the product against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the applicable warranty terms for the product.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may repair the product, replace the product or provide another remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty and New Zealand consumer law.
The manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Warranty Exclusions
Subject to your statutory rights, the manufacturer's warranty does not generally cover damage caused by:
- Flooding, leaks or water damage caused by installation or plumbing conditions outside the product's control.
- Improper installation or installation that does not comply with applicable New Zealand requirements.
- Incorrect fittings, hoses, valves, connections or plumbing components.
- Water pressure outside the product's specified operating range.
- Tampering, modification or unauthorised repairs.
- Misuse, neglect or failure to follow the installation and usage instructions.
- Cleaning products, chemicals or harsh detergents that are not suitable for the product.
- Damage caused by circumstances outside the reasonable control of the manufacturer or supplier.
Where a statutory guarantee applies, these warranty exclusions do not remove or reduce the customer's rights under New Zealand law.
Installation Requirements
Bidet products that involve installation of a sanitary fixture or connection to the water supply must be installed in accordance with applicable New Zealand plumbing requirements.
New Zealand guidance identifies the installation of a bidet and the installation or removal of pipes and fittings supplying water to sanitary fixtures as sanitary plumbing work requiring an authorised plumber.
Customers should use an appropriately authorised New Zealand plumber for installation and should ask the plumber to confirm that the proposed installation complies with applicable requirements.
Customers can verify a plumber's registration, licence and authorisation through the public register operated by the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board.
Installer Responsibilities
The installer is responsible for carrying out the plumbing work appropriately, including, where applicable:
- Correct installation of T-valves, hoses, seals, washers and connections.
- Correct tightening and sealing of plumbing joints.
- Correct routing of hoses without kinking or crushing.
- Ensuring water pressure is within the product's specified operating range.
- Ensuring appropriate isolation and shut-off arrangements are available.
- Checking the installation for leaks before the product is used.
- Ensuring appropriate backflow protection and other plumbing requirements are met.
New Zealand Building and Plumbing Requirements
Water supply installations must comply with applicable New Zealand Building Code requirements. Building Code Clause G12 addresses safe water supply and includes requirements relating to leaks, contamination and backflow protection.
Current New Zealand guidance also identifies bidets as a high cross-connection hazard in relevant circumstances, meaning appropriate backflow protection may be required depending on the installation and premises.
The applicable plumbing requirements may depend on the property, installation and water supply arrangement. Customers and installers are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to their particular installation.
Product Certification and Compliance
Where a product is represented as complying with a particular New Zealand standard, certification or regulatory requirement, the relevant product documentation will identify the applicable certification or compliance information.
Customers should not assume that an Australian certification or approval automatically means that a product complies with every New Zealand requirement.
Where required, customers should confirm suitability and installation requirements with an authorised New Zealand plumber before purchase or installation.
New Zealand Building Code Clause G12 and its acceptable solutions contain requirements for water supply systems, including backflow protection and plumbing product requirements.
Water Damage and Installation
Because bidet products connect to or use a water supply, incorrect installation can result in leaks or water damage.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation is performed appropriately and that the installation complies with applicable New Zealand requirements.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by an installation that is performed incorrectly, contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, outside the product's specified operating conditions, or in breach of applicable plumbing requirements, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under New Zealand law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, failure to follow product instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.
Where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, your statutory rights take precedence over any inconsistent provision in these Terms.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Products sold to consumers in New Zealand are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where the Act applies.
The Act provides minimum guarantees including that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, are safe, and are delivered within the required timeframe. Where these guarantees are not met, customers may have rights to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms, our return policy or our manufacturer's warranty is intended to remove or reduce those statutory rights.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We are committed to providing accurate information about our products, prices, promotions, availability and services.
The Fair Trading Act 1986 prohibits businesses from misleading or deceiving consumers and applies to online sales and overseas businesses supplying goods to consumers in New Zealand.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Fair Trading Act.
Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, government action, telecommunications failures, power outages or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers and minimise the impact of such events.
